If your shipment arrives damaged or otherwise does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package to arrange for a refund. Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, except for heat-sensitive items, which are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping. All return shipping/handling is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refund amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in the original packaging. and in the same condition that you received it.
